Entering by continuous play J. “Penalty Shot” compliance with rules K. Scoring Plays Involving Potential “Interference on the Goalkeeper” The Referee cannot check and review situations in accordance with ➔ Rule 37. However, the Referee is free to consult their on-ice game official colleagues for a final decision. To check whether the puck has crossed the goal line, the Goal Judge behind the goal may also be consulted. Coach’s Challenge in accordance with ➔ Rule 38 is not applicable. Due to the unavailability of the Coach's Challenge, the Referee is free to check a possible “Interference on the Goal- keeper” independently by means of Video Review.
